After three straight days of dark and dank Boston weather, I decided to warm our little apartment kitchen with some oven action.  I searched online for a good focaccia recipe, keeping in mind that I needed an excuse to use rosemary, our neglected little herb.

I came across this simple little herbed focaccia recipe:

Focaccia - Knead together:
1 cup water
2 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbs yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tbs oregano
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbs olive oil

Again, I mixed the ingredients using our handy dandy bread machine.

Once the dough was ready, I rolled it out and let it rise for 20 minutes on the pan.

I baked the bread for 10 minutes at 475F.  The end result: a light, moist, fluffy, herbalicious bread.
